What we know:
Scientific research in psychoneuroimmunology and epigenetics and my many years of professional experience have shown that healing the soul is of great significance.

What can we do?
This is where personal responsibility is called for. An important prerequisite for a happy life is the occupation and constructive confrontation with our concepts and patterns, which are deeply anchored in our subconsciousness. In addition, a healthy diet, exercise, and good social contacts are also important.

What do we want to achieve?
Through inner work we create the basis for a self-determined life in which we can live life authentically, creatively, and vividly. However, a prerequisite for this is an individual change of perspective and paradigm.
